A TRADITION IN THE MAKING

Mad Tomato is now celebrating its 3rd year in Clayton. We opened in May of 2011 and would like to take this time to thank everyone for their support.

We have been hand crafting pizza and pasta for 3 years using traditional family techniques and recipes. We’ve supported local producers, businesses and charities since our first day of business. We look forward to continuing serving you for many years to come.

FEATURED DRAUGHT

Goose Island 312 Urban Wheat pours light yellow and wears a pearly white crown that slowly melts down the side of the glass. Lemony and acidic with playful sweetness, the aroma is not just pleasant, but perfect for the style. The first sip brings a rush of tart, wheat grain sweetness bolstered by a sturdy barley foundation. Beneath the sweet grains, a slow current of hops begins to surge, nudging pepper spice and bitterness throughout every sip.

DINNER FAMILY STYLE

All to the table. It is what Italian families say when it is time for dinner. We would like to introduce Family Dinner at Mad Tomato on Tuesday nights. All are welcome to grab a seat at our table and enjoy a traditional Southern Italian feast. We will also be offering different wines from the Southern Region of Italy and good cold beer. Dinner starts at 6 pm and will be served family style. Seating is communal and sharing is encouraged. Just like at Mom’s house.
